Shipping Policy

1. General
These shipping conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop QOQO cosmetics Shop. We act as a reseller – goods are shipped on behalf of our customers directly by our official partner QOQO CARE UG (limited liability).
2. Shipping via Our Partner
Products ordered through our shop are shipped by our partner QOQO CARE UG from Germany (53501 Grafschaft). This ensures fast processing and delivery within the EU.
3. Shipping Countries
We currently deliver to the following regions:

European Union (EU)

International (all countries outside the EU)
For international orders outside the EU, additional customs duties and import taxes may apply, which must be paid by the customer upon delivery. These fees are set by the customs authorities of the recipient country and are not collected by us. Please note that customs clearance may cause delivery delays. The customer is responsible for compliance with all import regulations of the destination country.

Individual shipping costs may vary for particularly heavy, bulky, or sensitive items and will be transparently displayed during the order process.
5. Delivery Times

The delivery time begins upon receipt of payment. For orders paid in advance (prepayment), the delivery period begins once the payment has been credited to our account.
6. Shipping Service Providers
Delivery is carried out by reputable shipping service providers such as DHL, Hermes, or DPD. Customers cannot select the shipping service provider.
7. Shipment Tracking
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email, including a tracking link (if provided by the shipping service provider).
8. Partial Deliveries
If an order contains multiple products, it may, for logistical reasons, be shipped in several partial deliveries. In such cases, no additional shipping costs will be charged to you.
9. Transport Damage & Acceptance Check
Please inspect the delivery immediately upon receipt for completeness and integrity. If the package is visibly damaged or the goods show obvious defects, please have this noted directly by the delivery agent and notify us by email within 48 hours.
10. Returns
Returns are only accepted after prior consultation. Please contact us at info@qoqo-care-shop.com to register a return.
Unannounced returns or returns sent to the wrong address cannot be accepted. The correct return address will be provided to you during the return process.
11. Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment is returned to us due to incorrect address details, refusal of acceptance, or failure to collect by the customer, we reserve the right to charge the additional shipping costs. A reshipment will only take place after these costs have been paid.
